How Long Will It Take To Get My Orders Done Once Purchases?

For Google Lock Removal Support, Unlock, and IMEI Repair for older devices will be completed IMMEDIATELY once purchased if during Business Hours.

For newer devices such as S7, S8, Note 8, Note 9 it can be done INSTANTLY, but due to the changes on the server frequently we cannot guarantee the uptime are always INSTANT. Please allow 1-3 business days to get the new IMEI generated. Once IMEI is ready then from there we can finish the repair.

Will I Be Able To Reset or Upgrade My Phone After You Repair IMEI On My Phone?

Yes, this is a permanent fix to your phone once the IMEI is placed on your device a factory reset or firmware upgrade will not change or erase your IMEI.

Do You Have Any Kind Of Warranty or Guarantee?

We have a LIFETIME GUARANTEE on all of our IMEI for the Life of the phone if in the case the phone were to ever Blacklist again, your IMEI will be replaced again at no charge. For this, we keep a database of all IMEI entered into your device to know if we did the repair!

Will Everything Work Normal Afterwards?

Everything continues to work as intended afterwards (text, calls, 4g, etc).

Does My Phone Need To Be Rooted?

We do NOT and WILL NOT need to root your phone at all. We also recommend you not trying to root your phone by any means.

What Service Provider Can I Use My Phone With After?

You will be able to use your phone with any GSM carrier afterwards EXCEPT for Metro PCS.

If you would like to use MetroPCS, it’s possible, but please contact us first for special pricing.

Verizon and Sprint phones, after service, will only work on GSM carriers. You will NOT be able to use it again on Verizon or Sprint.

I Own a Mobile Phone Store Business Can I Get A Dealer Discount or a Coupon?

Of Course! If You have BULK ORDERS containing multiple devices starting at nothing less than 5 devices at one time we have our special dealer prices for you. Contact our support for more information.

If This Doesn't Work, Will I Get a Refund?

Refunds will be given if we cannot servicing your device.

As long as phone meet requirements that we asked you before providing the services, new IMEI is clean and permanent and cannot be refunded. New IMEI can only get blacklisted again if you are as the new owner of the IMEI and you reported it lost/stolen, in such case no refunds will be given. 

Do You Need To Access Our Computer Remotely?

NO! We are not invasive and do not need to remote access your computer. We have our own innovative process which allows us to service your phone without the need to access your computer!. But if you don’t meet our requirements for the process to be 100% work; and you still want to unlock your phone – such as slow Internet, Driver issues,etc. – then accessing your computer will be the last solution. 

What Are The Requirements To Get This Done?

Your only requirements are a computer running Windows, an USB Data cable to connect your phone to the computer, and a fast/good stable Internet connection. Whole process from start to finish takes about 10-15 minutes, that’s all!
